I created a live session presentation on Operations Management for the Country Manager of Sourcefit AM, aimed at capturing the attention of young adults during the Talent Connect career forum. The session was designed to engage a diverse audience, consisting of individuals from various age groups. The presentation covered key operations management concepts while maintaining a focus on making the content relevant and understandable to a broader audience.

- Tailored the visuals to the cultural context by creating materials in Armenian, ensuring that the content resonated with the local audience.

Results and Takeaways
